How We Work
At PEP Web Solutions, we know that you're busy, and your time is precious. That's why we don't waste time trying to schedule meetings or boring conference calls.
When you decide you're ready to pursue your project, simply contact us here with a general description of what you'd like. We'll review it, make suggestions, and finalize the details.
Once your deposit is made, you'll be granted access to your own personal customer portal, where we'll be able to share ideas and files, review progress, and communicate all in one central place, rather than sending endless e-mails back-and-forth or playing phone tag. If it's 3:00 AM, and you get a great idea, you can simply login to your customer portal, add your comments, upload any files, and they'll be ready for us in the morning.
Once the basic development is complete, we'll upload your site to your server so that you'll also be able to login to the administrative backend of your site to preview it, and begin adding your content--no need to wait until the site is 100% complete.
Of course, we'll be available via phone and e-mail as well, but you'll likely receive a faster answer by communicating through your portal.
This centralized and streamlined communication enables us to complete your projects faster and get them right the first time--saving us both time and money.
